Dialogues: commands, buttons and flows

A good bot guides the user instead of expecting telepathy: menu commands, buttons instead of 'type a number', clear flows. We tackle the number-one difficulty of bots — state: why a bot 'forgets' which step you're on, and how one line in your prompt fixes it. We design a dialogue on paper and rehearse it in the sandbox.
