Who processes your data

The data controller is skillproof.dev, Spain. Contact: info@theneurocourse.com.

What we collect

• Account: your email, your password (stored as a scrypt hash — it cannot be read back), and your name or nickname if you give one.
• Learning: lessons completed, XP, streaks, badges, bonus points, answers to questions.
• Payments: that a purchase happened and its ID. Card details never reach us — Stripe handles them.
• Telegram: your Telegram ID and username, if you use the bot.
• Analytics: anonymised visit statistics — only with your consent (the banner on your first visit).
• Sandbox: the prompt you run inside a lesson is sent to Google Vertex AI to produce the answer.

Why, and on what legal basis

Your account and progress: to perform our contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) — the platform doesn't work without them. Analytics: consent only (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw. Payments: contract performance and accounting obligations.

Who we share with

• Stripe — payments. Their policy.
• Google (Vertex AI) — the sandbox prompt text only. Their notice.
• Telegram — if you use the bot. Their policy.
• Google Analytics — with your consent only.

We do not sell your data and do not pass it to advertisers.

How long we keep it

Account and progress: for as long as the account exists. Delete the account and we delete them. Payment records are kept longer — accounting rules require it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can get a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict processing, take it elsewhere in a machine-readable form, and object to processing. Write to info@theneurocourse.com — we reply within 30 days. If our answer doesn't satisfy you, you have the right to complain to the supervisory authority in your country.

Cookies

Essential ones keep you signed in — the site won't work without them. Analytics cookies run only after you agree; declining breaks nothing.
