What you're buying

Access to online courses: lesson texts, questions with instant checking, a sandbox for running prompts, and a certificate for each course you finish. A single course means access forever. A subscription means access to every course for as long as it's active.

This is digital access — not a physical product and not one-to-one tuition. We don't promise you a job, an income, or any particular outcome: that depends on your own work.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in euros and include any applicable tax. Subscriptions renew automatically; cancel any time and your access runs to the end of the period you've paid for.

Refunds — please read this properly

EU law gives you 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. But Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU lets you give that right up — if you ask for access to start immediately and acknowledge that you're losing the right to withdraw.

That's how we work: at checkout you tick a box saying "start my access now" and "I understand I lose my right of withdrawal". Access opens instantly, and no refund is given: the service has been delivered in full the moment your access opened.

If you'd rather keep your withdrawal right, don't tick the box. Access then starts after 14 days, and you can cancel and get your money back at any point in between.

This is exactly why the first lessons of every paid course are free: look before you pay, not after.

If we charged you by mistake, charged you twice, or the platform was broken through our fault — write to us and we'll refund you. That's about our error, not about changing your mind.

What you may not do

• Resell, publish or redistribute course material.
• Share your account. It's personal.
• Use the sandbox automatically, via scripts, or for anything unrelated to learning. The limit is 30 runs a day free, 200 on a subscription.

The sandbox and AI answers

Answers are generated by a neural network. It can be wrong and can invent facts — that's precisely what this course teaches. Don't treat them as legal, medical or financial advice, and check anything that matters.

Certificates

A certificate confirms you completed a course on our platform. It is not a state diploma or an accredited qualification.

Liability

We work to keep the platform running but don't promise uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to what you've paid us. None of this limits the rights consumer law gives you and which cannot be taken away.

Law and disputes

Spanish law applies. If you're a consumer in the EU, this doesn't deprive you of your own country's protections. You can also take a dispute to the EU online dispute resolution platform.

Changes

These terms can change. The update date is at the top. Material changes don't apply retroactively to purchases you've already made.
